Gran Hotel La Florida *****

Location

The hotel overlooks the city from the 500m high Tibidabo Mountain. The hotel has an exotic greenbelt location, near Tibidabo Park. It provides excellent possibilities for those who choose the La Florida for leisure purposes. It is ideal for guests arriving by car, however the hotel arranges transfers for guests free of charge between  10:00 am and 18:00 pm. The hotel can be approached by bus, funicular or local train.

Hotel

The six-storey, air-conditioned hotel with mediterranean facade ment the dream fulfillment of many well-known designers’ when it opened its doors in 2003. Elevator and guarded car park serve the guests’ comfort. The hotel’s restaurant, the Orangerie offers real mediterranean delicacies, while the Miramar bar, situated next to the swimming pool, offers different light foods and refreshment. During summer, the hotel’s own DJ entertains guests in the La Florida Chill Out Club, in the Club Luna you can enjoy live jazz shows. Pets welcome on request. Internet access available in the lobby.

Junior Suites: (43m2) with mountain view, for maximum 3 persons, with separate living room, the two rooms are connected either with an archway or with a two-winged door, some of them have balconies

Garden Suites: (43m2) it consists of a spacious bedroom and a living room, the two rooms are connected either with an archway or with a two-winged door, have an own garden and terrace, outdoor jacuzzi and deckchairs
Design Suites: (80-150m2) uniquely designed by famous artists, exclusive furniture
La Florida Suite: (60m2) with mountain view, spacious bedroom and a living room, with own terrace, have an outdoor jacuzzi and deckchairs, equipped with shower
Penthouse Suite: (55m2) with mountain view, uniquely designed suite dominated by white, silver and red colours
Tower Suite: (80m2) with sea or mountain view, uniquely designed, the bedroom is separated from tthe living area by a room divider, moodlighting, dominated by white, green and red colours
Japanese Suite: (100m2) with mountain view, designed in Japanese style with Japanese furniture, has an own garden and terrace, jacuzzi and deckchairs, the bedroom is separated from the living area by a room divider, nonsmoking
Sky Terrace Suite: (80m2) with sea or mountain view, spacious suites on the top floor with a huge terrace in unique design, the bedroom is separated from the living area by a room divider, equipped with a jacuzzi and deckchairs
Presidential Suite: (150m2) uniquely designed with sea view, has a spacious bedroom, salon, terrace, jacuzzi and deckchairs, dominated by lavender, silver and brown colours, bathrobe and slippers in the bathroom
All rooms have a marble bathroom with hairdryer, a plasma TV with satellite channels, radio, telephone, minibar, room safe and wireless internet access.
Non-smoking, anti-allergen and rooms for the disabled are available. Room service can be required 24 hours.

The La Florida is a real paradise for those who like wellness services. A stainless steel swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, different types of massage and beauty treatments pamper guests in terms of  Zen philosophy.

Business services

The two smaller conference rooms can accomodate 12 and 14 persons. The basic equipment includes slide-projector, fax machine and wireless internet access.
The Tibidabo room has the capacity of 56 persons. It is equipped with a slide-projector and an automatic screen.
The hotel gladly helps with organising bigger programs/events up to 120 persons.
